Dream Draft Challenge: vs @FantasyYIRMA

THe Rules

The aim of the challenge is to pick your Dream Draft team for the gameweek (or Perfect XI, if you will). There is no budget because this is a draft challenge! Your task is to pick your dream roster of eleven players in a valid formation.

Your only constrictions or that at least one defender, one midfielder and one forward must be below 60% ownership in Fantrax at the time of picking. You can have as many players from a given team as you like!

Each week, our challenger will be up against @FFootball92 as well as the rest of the league table of challengers over the course of the season. Good luck!

Team @FantasyYIRMA

As I sit here writing this having spent 10 minutes picking my team I want it noted that 8 minutes were sitting waiting to get confirmation that Arsenal and Man City would have a double for this gameweek.

Therefore I went with 9 players from Arsenal/City given they have a double – threw Jota in because he’s on fire at the minute and let TAA in the starting 11 because despite having a stinker last week he’s been immense this season.

Mustafi despite all the grief he gets has been great for Arsenal under Arteta and falls within the 60% ownership criteria. Good luck in GW29 and cue KDB not starting through injury and Mustafi etc being dropped.

The Host – Team @FantasyFootball92

Just the five double gameweek players for my team this week. I agree with YIRMA that TAA should be in for a big week while Shkodran Mustafi is a beast when it comes to Togga scoring. He’s the differential defender. Marcos Alonso is also back in a big way.

My love for Mesut Ozil is irrational and a double gameweek was too tempting to ignore. Moussa Djenepo is my differential midfielder for the week as he should return to the side for a favourable fixture at home against Newcastle. His last outing was a big one (24.5 points vs Aston Villa).

As for forwards, Nicolas Pepe will almost certainly pass the 20 point mark at home against West Ham so anything added against Manchester City is a nice bonus. A rested Mohamed Salah will be relishing a home game against Bournemouth while Togga beast Christian Benteke is fresh from a rare attacking return last weekend.
